SearchDentist.in is operated by Manzoor Ahmed Bashir Ahmed Shaikh, Pune, Maharashtra, India.
1. The service. We list dentists and dental clinics in India so patients can find them and send enquiries. Listing information comes from public sources and from the clinics themselves. We do not provide dental care or medical advice.
2. Patients. Searching and sending enquiries is free. We forward an enquiry to the clinic you choose once its listing is verified. If it does not respond, we may suggest other clinics.
3. Listings and claims. Claiming a listing is free and is verified by us before approval. We may correct, hide or remove a listing that is inaccurate or misused.
4. Plans and payment. The Professional plan costs ₹999 a year at the price shown when you subscribe, which stays fixed for as long as you renew. Plans do not renew automatically. There is never a charge per enquiry. Payments are made by UPI or bank transfer to the account details we send you. We record the transaction reference and send you a receipt. Refunds follow our Cancellation and Refunds policy.
5. Fair use. You may not submit false claims, false enquiries or spam.
6. Liability. Listings are provided as they are. We are not responsible for any treatment or for arrangements between patients and clinics.
7. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune have jurisdiction.
