Cancellation. Plans do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. You renew only by paying again.
Refunds. If you are not satisfied, ask within 30 days of paying and we will refund the full amount, provided no patient enquiry has been forwarded to you since that payment (your free first enquiry does not count). Once a paid-plan enquiry has been forwarded to you, or after 30 days, the plan is not refundable for the rest of its year.
Refunds are paid by UPI or bank transfer to the account the payment came from, within 7 business days of your request being accepted. To ask for one, email admin@searchdentist.in with your clinic name and the transaction reference of your payment.
